Ghana National Labour Commission Urge Teachers to Discontinue the Strike Action — Kekeli News

 The National Labour Commission of Ghana in a press conference yesterday cautioned and inform  all teachers in the public education sector to discontinue the strike actions to pave way for the process of engagement to ensure their grievances are being addressed. 



This comes right after the four teacher unions, Ghana National Association of Teachers(GNAT), National Association of Graduate Teachers (NAGRAT), Collision of Concerned Teachers Ghana and Teachers and Education Workers (TEWU) declared a nation wide strike for their members over the Government failure to pay the 20% of the Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) in the face of the current level of inflation in the country of all their members yesterday on July 4th, 2022.
