GES OPENS APPLICATION FOR CONFIRMATION AND PROMOTION OF TEACHING AND NON-TEACHING STAFFS-APPLY NOW
To attain a higher office one need to be promoted, all sectors of public, civil and others receive their promotions from time to time,Promotion moves a junior officer or a Junior personnel to a senior rank.
In some sectors promotions are automatic, once you are due you are placed on the right grade, in some other sectors those due for promotion need to apply to the office before they get promoted.

Applications are invited from qualified serving professional, non-professional and non teaching staffs in the Ghana Education Service in the under-listed categories for confirmation and promotion.
REQUIREMENTS CONFIRMATION: Applicants should possess a diploma in Basic Education and must have served for at least one year.
SUPERINTENDENT 1: Applicants applying for the grade should have acquired their teacher certificate ‘A’ on or before 1st September,2019.
SENIOR SUPERINTENDENT II: Applicants applying for the grade should have been promoted/upgraded to superintendent I on or before 2019.

SENIOR SUPERINTENDENT 1: Applicants applying for the grade should have been appointed, upgraded or promoted to Senior Superintendent II on or before 2019.
NON-TEACHING PERSONNEL: Applicants who have served at least five(5) years on their current grade can also apply.
Heads of schools should provide confidential report on their teachers(applicants) separately, and forward the report personally or their SISO to the District Directorate Of Education.
MODE OF APPLICATION
Applicants should pick application from the office.
Applicants should also attach copies each of their certificates, 1st Appointment letter, Last promotion letter, current payslip, Results slip and testimonial/attestation letter.
All Application should reach the office of the District Directorate Of Education by close of work on Thursday , 6th April,2023.
