E-Pay Slip Login: Forgot your E-Payslip password or don’t know how to reset your password? Follow these simple steps to get it done with ease.
Enter employee number and mobile number used for registration. A new password will be send to your email address and mobile phone upon validation.

FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW
- Go to your web browser
- Search E-payslip Portal
- Click on forgot Password
- Enter Your Employee Number or Staff ID
- Provide Mobile Phone number used during registration or Email
- Submit
A new Password will be sent to your mobile number through SMS or through email address provided you entered your email address to receive.

If it Persist and you can’t still receive your forgotten password then your e-payslip account needs to be reset from the main controller office thus HQ .
E-PAY SLIP PASSWORD RESET
This will be based on a request by a government employee ( Public Sector worker ) whose monthly salary is processed and paid from the Central Government Payroll System, Controller and Accountant General’s Department.
Documents Required
Applicant to furnish CAGD with a copy of National ID and a copy of payslip. This process is a function of CAGD-PPD
Write a letter to the controller and Accountant General’s Department requesting for a reset of epayslip portal.
Get a cover letter from your Head thus Head of Management Unit
Attach a copy of your National ID
Submit to your District or Regional Controller Office.
Wait for a reset.
After the Reset, See your school validator to get you a code to enable you register the Account Again.
