GES UPDATES: Selection of Schools and Confirmation Process 2023, GES to Release Short Code || CHECK DETAILS

The Ghana Education Service (GES) has announced that the sensitization and education on the guidelines for school selection into Senior High Schools will begin on Friday, August 18, 2023. This announcement is aimed at informing the general public, especially parents, candidates, and teachers.
The exercise will be conducted in all Regional and District Education Directorates as well as schools. It is scheduled to take place from August 23 to September 4, 2023. It is crucial for parents and guardians to actively participate in the school selection process to ensure a seamless Placement this year.
Additionally, candidates will have the opportunity to confirm their school choices by texting a short code before the actual Placement is done. The details of this short code will be made available in due course.
The GES management urges all stakeholders to stay updated and follow the guidelines closely to ensure a successful selection and placement process for this academic year.
