This initiative is designed to advance Diploma in Basic Education (DBE) holders to a Degree Status. Cohort five is scheduled to start in June 2023, and prospective applicants are encouraged to submit their applications at topup.ucc.edu.gh.

Successful applicants will be seamlessly registered for their preferred programs. A blended approach of online teaching and traditional face-to-face instruction will be employed. Prospective students must possess a smartphone, tablet, or any internet-enabled device.
